About the RoleWe are seeking world class and customer-focused Sr. Strategic Advisor who possesses both strategic and tactical abilities to drive customer success.

Our Senior Strategic Advisors are instrumental in driving success for Highspot's most strategic customers. Leveraging deep industry expertise, platform knowledge, and thought leadership, they guide customers in transforming their enablement programs and achieving maximum value from Highspot.What You'll Do
- Strategic Impact & Thought Leadership:
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and other departments to create intellectual property and thought leadership assets such as webinars, case studies, white papers, and best practices to elevate Highspot’s position in the enablement industry.
- Act as a trusted thought partner with Paid Services leadership and other internal teams to refine advisory practices, customer messaging, key performance indicators, and targets.
- Distill insights from customer engagements to influence Highspot’s leadership team and better serve customers. Provide actionable feedback for process improvements within the Customer Success and Paid Services organizations.
- Execution & Expertise:
- Define and execute billable deliverables such as workshops, best practice sessions, and enablement roadmaps to address customer needs and drive success.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to Highspot’s largest customers, guiding them through the transformation of their enablement programs using the platform.
- Lead strategic planning and enablement workshops for senior customer stakeholders.
- Partner with commercial teams (Account Executives and Account Managers) to advance opportunities, advocate for premium offerings, and support deal closure.
- Play a significant role in achieving services revenue targets by maintaining a robust Paid Services pipeline, creating proposals and SOWs, and driving advisory engagements.
- Maintain strong product proficiency across use cases and capabilities while staying informed on emerging Highspot solutions.
- Deliver strategic advice on communication and change management strategies to drive user adoption and sustain program engagement.
- People and Culture:
- Act as a role model and leader for individual contributors within the Paid Services team, stepping in as a proxy for leadership when needed.
- Inspire and attract talent, shaping the definition and expectations of the Strategic Advisor role at Highspot.
- Mentor and uplift team members, contributing to the overall success and culture of the organization.
- Uplevel the customer success organization on how enablement can drive customer value.
Your Background
Base salary range: $108,000 - $188,000. On Target Earnings (OTE) range: $135,000 - $235,000, 80.00% base/20.00% variable target OTE split. Employees are eligible to receive stock options and may also receive other forms of compensation.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in sales, sales enablement, or customer-facing roles, with a strong focus on SaaS implementations and driving revenue growth.
- Proven expertise in implementing sales processes, enablement strategies, and best practices at scale.
- Strong analytical capabilities to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs and align them with business outcomes.
- Proficient in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects with a results-oriented approach.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, excelling in both collaborative and executive-level engagements.
- Experience working with Highspot or similar sales enablement platforms is strongly preferred.
The above represents total expected compensation for this role. Actual compensation will depend on various job-related factors, including, but not limited to, location, experience, and job qualifications.
